At Sheppey HLC we offer a range of counselling and complementary therapy services in partnership with local organisations and practitioners.

Therapeutic Care Service

The British Red Cross runs a therapeutic care service at the HLC for people in need. The service aims to: Promote a sense of well-being Assist relaxation Reduce stress and pain Offer the chance to talk to someone trained in listening skills Trained volunteers run the service runs at various centres on the Isle of Sheppey, including the HLC on Mondays from 1pm to 3pm. To book an appointment for a head and shoulder massage at the HLC, phone 01795 668061. You will be asked to make a donation to the Red Cross.

Sports Massage

Ian Arnell offers sports massage and Swedish massage at the HLC. To book, phone 017776 191173
